The story of Pixicade begins with a computer technician ( Martin ) who falls in love with a dynamic high school art teacher ( Alysha ). They get married, have children, and enjoy life dancing and programming games together.

One very special day, Martin had dinner with a friend who showed him a game his son had designed. This sparked the idea for Martin to create a sophisticated program that would turn paper drawings into playable video games.
