Business Days : BOX NOW operates from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery Areas : BOX NOW service is available throughout mainland Greece, as well as the islands of Crete and Corfu. It is not available in other island areas. Delivery within 24 hours is only valid for land destinations.

Automatic Box Selection : Shipments with BOX NOW are automatically sent to the nearest box based on the distance in kilometers from the address you have provided. If you require a specific box, please contact us before completing the order.

Customer Update : Once your order has been delivered to your selected drop box, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

Hold Time : Your order will remain in the mailbox for 3 business days. If it is not received within this period, it will be returned to our store and the refund or reshipment process will follow, depending on your preferences.

Exceptions and Limitations : In cases of force majeure (e.g. weather conditions, strikes), delivery may be delayed. We will inform you immediately of any change in the delivery schedule.
