Hellowatches Warranty
As of 1/1/2025, phonebazaar.gr has secured for its customers a one (1) year warranty from the collaborating company that offers us Hellowatch , for the distribution and sale of these products in the Greek market. We are the only online store in Greece that offers Hellowatches and the first legal distributor of this brand in the country.
Hellowatch products come with a 1-year warranty, which covers any manufacturing or material defects. In the event that the product you receive is defective, please contact us immediately. The damage will be checked by our team and, if necessary, the product will be sent abroad for inspection and replacement. This process can take from 15 to 45 days, depending on the conditions and availability of the replacement product.
It is important to note that phonebazaar.gr is not responsible for any damage caused by dropping, breaking, misuse or poor maintenance of the product. In these cases, the warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of the product.
In case the product needs to be sent to the manufacturer for inspection or replacement, phonebazaar.gr will not proceed with the immediate replacement with a new product. This means that the customer will have to wait until the next update regarding the watch, which will be made once the inspection or replacement process is complete.
